1. The Promoter of this competition is Dental Stars Pty LTD (DS), c/- PO Box 588 Buninyong VIC 3357. 

2. Entry is open to owners and employees aged 18 and over, of dental or specialist dental practices in Australia.

3. The competition is held in Brisbane, specifically at the 2025 Brisbane ADX Conference, and runs from 10am on Thursday, 20th March 2025, until 6pm on Saturday, 22nd March 2025.

4. The prize is a chance to win a 2-night Hinterland Escape for two at Mercure Clear Mountain Lodge located at 564 Clear Mountain Rd, Clear Mountain QLD 4500, with daily breakfast and nightly drinks valued up to $700. 

5. This competition is a game of chance, not skill.

6. To enter the competition, eligible entrants must complete a digital entry form during the period stated in item 3 above at the DS stand at the Brisbane ADX Conference

7. A maximum of two (2) entries per person per day is allowed.

8. All entrants are added to the DS email list with easy opt-out.

9. The competition Winner will be randomly selected by the Promoter at its workplace on 28th March 2025 at 1:45pm and announced on the DS Facebook page on 28th March 2025 at 2 PM (the ‘Announcement’).

10. The Promoter will make multiple efforts to contact the competition Winner via their contact details provided on the entry form including phone call, text message, and email.

11. If the Promoter cannot contact the (original) competition Winner within 21 days of the Announcement, the Promoter may randomly select another competition Winner from the original entrant pool and make a further Announcement via the DMS Facebook page. In this instance, the timeframes and efforts to contact at Item 10 and 11 above will apply to the (new) competition Winner.

12. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. A valid entry to the competition means acceptance of these terms and conditions.

14. The laws of Victoria, Australia, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these terms and conditions.
