Bilingual Spanish & English-speaking Supervisor (full-time, Office-based)

Are you a strong leader fluent in Spanish and English? Do you have a passion for coaching teams, improving client satisfaction, and ensuring smooth operations? We’re looking for a Bilingual Spanish & English-Speaking Supervisor to lead our team, ensure excellent service, and create a positive work culture!

What You’ll Do:

Team Coaching & Mentoring – Hold bi-monthly catch-ups and refresher sessions to maintain 95% compliance
Data Entry & Admin Tasks – Maintain accurate patient records
Client Satisfaction – Equip team members with problem-solving skills to ensure 80% value rating from 90% of clients
Retention & Engagement – Foster a positive work environment to maintain 90% retention rate for team members (3-12 months)
Schedule & Manage Appointments – Oversee patient bookings and team efficiency
Ensure Quality Patient Support – Monitor interactions and support team in handling inquiries
Oversee Admin & Data Accuracy – Ensure records, insurance verification, and billing are correctly handled
Social Media Coordination – Guide the team in creating and managing content
Monitor Customer Service Standards – Ensure timely and professional responses across platforms
Written & Verbal Communication – Handle messages in both Spanish and English

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in Spanish & English (written & spoken)
Leadership & Coaching Skills – Experience leading and mentoring teams
Strong Organisational & Problem-Solving Skills
Experience in Admin, Insurance, or Customer Service (preferred)
Proactive & Adaptable – Able to handle challenges and improve processes
Team Player – Creates a supportive and engaging work culture
