1. Promoter. The promoter is Dental Stars Pty Ltd (ABN 57 632 532 816) of PO Box 588, Buninyong VIC 3350 (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility. Entry is open to attendees of the Centaur Roadshow who complete the entry form at the Dental Stars trade stand during the event. Entry is limited to one per dental practice.

3. How to Enter. To enter, complete the competition entry form at the Dental Stars stand. Upon entry, participants will receive an instant win and automatically go into the draw for the major prize.

4. Prize. The major prize consists of: . A $250 Uber Eats voucher for a team lunch; and . “30 Appointments in 30 Days” from Dental Stars, which may generate around $10,000 revenue for the practice. Total prize value: $250 plus revenue generated by 30 appointments (non-transferable, not redeemable for cash).

5. Prize Conditions. The winning practice must provide Dental Stars access to a recall list for booking the 30 appointments. The practice must also provide access to a soft phone connected to the practice’s phone (which Dental Stars can assist in organising). The “30 Appointments in 30 Days” service must be used within three months of the draw date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Game of Chance. This is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn at random at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, at the Promoter’s office. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Notification of Winner. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the draw. The winner’s name may be announced via Dental Stars’ social media channels and/or website.

8. Mailing List and Privacy. By entering this competition, participants agree to receive email communications from Dental Stars. All communications include an easy unsubscribe option. Personal details will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

9. General. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. If the prize (or part of it) becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
