The Dental Stars Success Summit will be held in the city of Dumaguete, between 1-5 June 2026, and it features several highlights along the way.
The first of these is a two-day business conference for your team members, with you ideally present. The conference features no less than 10 amazing keynote speakers and it covers specific topics to inspire and up-skill your team. Speakers listed below.
Second, we have arranged an exclusive day just for Dental Stars with a special guest speaker, and Dental Stars co-founder, Angus Pryor.
Third, this is a chance for you to spend quality time with your team. This may be a combination of conducting your own training on your business’s culture, systems, and processes – coupled with enjoying meals and one or two team-building experiences.
And finally, on Friday, 5th June, you and your staff will have the option to participate in an intermediate and advanced pickleball tournament.
The result is a unique experience that you and your team will love. Then, after the Success Summit, you will see a dramatic increase in your team’s productivity. Plus, you’ll see an increase in their overall confidence and skills, so they will be able to take on more tasks and responsibilities.

As you can see from the lineup above, an event with this many speakers and inclusions would normally be AU$2,000-$3,000 per person. However, because of the unique nature of this event and the goodness it brings for all involved, our organisers have priced the event at break-even.
For practice owners, your package includes tickets to:

For Dental Stars attending, their package includes tickets to the Dental Stars workshop, the two-day iGROW Event, three morning teas and three lunches during the Success Summit, plus tickets and dinner at the iGROW Official After Party. The investment for this is ONLY AU$250 per team member.
Planning Your Flights
Now that you know the dates and the details of the Dental Stars Success Summit, it’s time to book your flights. We suggest arriving in Dumaguete on Saturday, 30 May or Sunday, 31 May, depending on how long you need to settle. Direct flights are available from most capital cities to Manila and then from there, Dumaguete is a short domestic flight that is approximately 85 minutes.
As for your return flight, you will likely leave late afternoon on Friday, 5th, or anytime Saturday, 6th June. Alternatively, you can choose to stay for the weekend and join us for the pickleball tournament or relax in a nearby resort for the weekend.
There is some benefit in choosing the same airline for your international and domestic flights, but it’s not essential. For example, Philippine Airlines offers free and timely transfers between the different terminals at Manila airport (domestic and international operate from different terminals), but shuttle buses and taxis run as an alternative.

Your Success Summit itinerary
After you book your flights and know your arrival time into Dumaguete, we suggest you tell your team - they may wish to meet you at the airport to welcome you. If you arrive on a weekend, your Dental Star/s may not be able to do so due to other commitments.
In this case, please speak to them about arranging a driver to pick you up and take you to your hotel, as it is a small airport, and taxis can be hard to find.
MAY 30 — MAY 31
Saturday - Sunday
If you arrive on Saturday, 30 May, or Sunday, 31 May, make a plan with your team. They may wish to take you around town, show you their favourite places, and enjoy a nice meal. Or if they’re busy on Sunday, ask them to help you make a plan or simply relax at the hotel.
Then on Sunday, 31 May at 6pm, we are inviting all business owners already in Dumaguete to join us for a Welcome Drink at a place called The Hyde. This will go on until approximately 8 p.m. and after this, you can go get dinner or retire for the night.
JUNE 01
Monday
Monday, 1st June, it’s a typical workday, and you can spend as much time with your team as you like. This may involve working alongside them at the office for the day or taking them through a day of training, led by you, covering important things that you want them to know.
JUNE 02 — JUNE 03
Tuesday & Wednesday
On Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd, we join with the iGROW Conference – this is content designed for the whole team including your Dental Star/s. For each of these days, we want you to arrive no later than 8:30 a.m. as the event will start at 9:00 a.m. sharp on both days. Then, the event will finish at 1 p.m. each day, and this will be followed by a buffet-style lunch with your team at the venue.
At 2 p.m., the event is over, and we suggest you make plans to spend time doing more training back at the office or arrange your own team-building activities.
On the first evening of iGROW (2nd) we suggest you plan your own dinner with your team or meet us somewhere for a casual dinner and drinks. On final day of iGROW, participation includes tickets to and dinner at our official after party at The Brooke's Place.
JUNE 04
Thursday
On Thursday 4th, we have an exclusive day, just for Dental Stars clients, at a special location, featuring a special guest speaker, as well as Dental Stars co-founder, Angus Pryor. On this day, morning tea and lunch are included, and we’ll adopt the same timing as iGROW (9am-1pm).
JUNE 05 - June 06
Friday & Saturday
On Friday 5th and Saturday 6th, there is the optional pickleball tournament. Join up with your Dental Star, or just cheer them on. Failing that, your Dental Star can help with a range of other attractions in and around Dumaguete — water is a theme with boat rides, swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving all on offer.

Dumaguete City, Philippines, also known as the "City of Gentle People," is popular for its friendly atmosphere, beautiful coastal views, and rich cultural heritage, the city offers a unique and relaxing experience for visitors.
With the summer season in full swing, guests can expect warm, tropical weather, with temperatures averaging around 28°C (82°F). While sunny days are common, occasional rain showers in the late afternoon can provide a refreshing break. Light, breathable clothing is perfect for exploring the city’s scenic surroundings.
While many restaurants and establishments in Dumaguete now accept credit cards, cash remains essential especially when taking local tricycles. A tricycle is a small motorcycle with a sidecar, offering an affordable and convenient way to get around. Since they only accept cash, it’s best to carry some for these short rides.
Frequently asked questions.
Do I need to attend, or can I just send my Dental Star?
Yes, you can just send your Dental Star. We will look after them, and they will have a great time. However, without question, the experience will be enhanced with your physical presence. So, if you can block the week to be there, that is definitely best. But if you can’t be there, get them tickets for Success Summit and we will take good care of them.
Can I bring my team from Australia?
Yes, anyone connected with the practice is welcome to attend. At the Dental Stars Success Summit, the expert speakers will cover a range of business and team-building topics, including a day specifically set aside for Dental Stars and their clients.

Your registration is non-refundable. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise, you may transfer your spot within your organisation up to one week before the event by notifying us via email.
Examples of transfers:
- A staff member leaves, and a new team member takes their place.
- You can no longer attend and wish to send a colleague in your place.
