We're Hiring

Are you fluent in English? Do you have a knack for organisation and customer service? We’re looking for an English Speaker to join our team!

Schedule Appointments – Manage patient bookings efficiently
Patient Support – Assist patients with inquiries and service coordination
Data Entry & Admin Tasks – Maintain accurate patient records
Insurance & Billing – Verify insurance details and process claims
Follow Up on Payments – Assist with billing inquiries and payment tracking
Social Media Support – Help manage and create content
Written & Verbal Communication – Handle messages in English
Customer Service (Non-Voice) – Manage inbound/outbound interactions (preferred, not required)

Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Organised & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple tasks
Experience in Admin, Insurance, or Customer Service (preferred, but not required)
Confidentiality & Professionalism – Handling sensitive patient info with care
Social Media Knowledge – Experience in content management is a plus
Team Player – Adaptable and willing to learn
